Bio Thomas McPherson Founder and Principal of Fenix Private Capital Group, LLC Mr. McPherson began his real estate career as a commercial broker with Sperry Van Ness. In that first year, Thomas was awarded in Brokerage as the National Rookie of the Year. Soon after, he was recruited by Hendricks & Partners, the premier apartment brokerage company in the nation. There Mr. McPherson specialized on the acquisition and disposition of distressed real estate throughout Maricopa County with an emphasis on multifamily properties. True to his entrepreneurial spirit, Mr. McPherson ventured onward as his own principal. After completing several transactions, the company was founded in February 2012. On the premise of investing locally in the City of Phoenix, Thomas has committed his time and development expertise toward making a positive impact on the downtown community. Through his company Fenix Private Capital Group, LLC, Mr. McPherson is continual working with local business owners and investors for the revitalization of our great city. Prior to his real estate career, Thomas served five years in the United State Navy as a Corpsman where experienced multiple overseas deployments. Today Thomas is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys rock climbing, hiking, skydiving, and Scuba diving.
