Client: Nagpur Improvement Trust Project Cost: Rs. 170lac 2005 Rural Hospital and Research Center at Andur, district Osmanabad The projects involved brief formulation, surveys and detailed design of a Rural hospital and a research center for an NGO on a site adjoining the Mumbai Hyderabad Nation highway near Solapur. The project had to be low cost and was to provide comfortable environment to the rural populace. Exposed Brick work and Rat Trap bond masonry was utilized to save cost. Open Courtyard based planning was used to suit the climate and the user psyche. Client: Halo Medical Foundation Project Cost: Rs. 60 Lacs 2002 2005 Involved as a visiting faculty at the College of Architecture, Nashik. Conducted studios at various levels for the Bachelor of Architecture program including the design dissertation. Contributed towards the course formulation and syllabus design for Bachelor of Design at University of Pune. 2005 Commercial Building at Savedi Ahmednagar Client: Soham Constructions Ltd. The project is a mixed commercial building comprising of retail, offices and a theatre. The project Cost is about Rs. 2 Crores

The project Cost is about Rs. 30 lacs 2004 Commercial Building at Ahmednagar Client: Mr. Firodia The project is designed to house Titan and Tanishq Brand Showrooms and other office spaces. The project Cost is about Rs. 50 lacs. 2002 2003 Listing and grading of Heritage Structures and precincts for Nashik Municipal Corporation Client: INTACH and Nashik Municipal Corporation The project involved a detailed listing of heritage structures and precincts in the entire Nashik Municipal Corporation Area. A total of 230 structures were considered and 208 were listed and graded. 2000 2002 FRISCHMANN PRABHU (INDIA) PVT. LTD., MUMBAI, INDIA Junior Consultant, responsible for the following projects 2001-2002 Redevelopment of Panaji Municipal Market Client: Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation, Goa, India The project involved redevelopment of an existing large municipal market in a congested part of Panaji. The site has a strong context of the Goa Medical College complex next to it, which is of historical value. The site-planning component of the project involves traffic realignment, parking strategies and so on, whereas the architectural component involves the detailed design for 13000 sq.m. of retail space housing various sections like vegetables, fishmeat, general stores, cloth-garments etc. The project cost is approximately Rs.11 crores. As an Architect and Urban Designer, he was responsible for site analysis, issue identification, development of area program, design concepts, detailed design and preparation of drawings and project reports. Project Cost Rs. 11 Crores 2001 2002 Redevelopment of Goa Medical College Site as Commercial & Family Entertainment Destination for Goa State Client: Goa State Infrastructure Development Corporation, Goa The project involves the redevelopment of approximately 10 acres of prime real estate land along the main promenade, Bandodkar Marg, in Panaji. The site additionally contains a heritage building, which will be conserved and restored sensitively. The project is also expected to generate surplus funds for relocation / renovation of other government facilities. Amongst the options being examined are the creation of an entertainment district, which will incorporate varied retail, theater & recreational facilities, for both locals and tourists. The present phase is for Project Preparation, which will be followed by Implementation Phase. As an Architect and Urban Designer, he was responsible for micro & macro level design issues and preparation as well as presentation of drawings. 2000 Land Development along Mumbai Pune Expressway Client: Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation, India MSRDC has proposed to develop certain key land parcels in its possession along the Mumbai-Pune Expressway in a profitable and environmentally sensitive manner. The scope of work involves consultancy services for

commercialization and development of these valuable parcels at six locations between Panvel and Lonavala. The main components of the consultancy services are Corridor Planning under which, each of the site is analyzed for planning constrains market potential, marketable land development options and a land-use plan and design guidelines for the Expressway corridor identifying the proposed land development use for each site. As Project Manager, he was responsible for drawing and design for master planning for various sites. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the client and various other associate agencies. 2001 Greater Karu Urban Area, Nasarawara State, Nigeria Client: Nasarawa State Government Following an earlier appointment to carry out a feasibility and preliminary planning exercise, Pell Frischmann was appointed to carry out the preparation of a full master plan for this new major town in Nasarawa State, immediately adjacent to Abuja, the new Federal Capital of Nigeria. The study area covers some 400 km 2 incorporating an existing low grade township of approximately 500,000 people and has a projected population of 2,000,000. As an Urban Designer, his responsibilities included issue identification, evolving masterplanning concepts, related research & developing drawings. Also responsible for Pilot area detailed design for a 2 km x 0.5 km part of the overall masterplan. 09/2001 2002 VIKAS DILAWARI, CONSERVATION ARCHITECT, MUMBAI On a project basis assisted the team for Ballard Estate: a heritage precinct from the above office and students from Academy of Architecture; a MMRDA project involving detailed listing of buildings in the Ballard Estate Area of South Mumbai. His responsibilities included updating surveys, photo-documentation, urban design guidelines and preparation of project reports. 1997 04/1999 NBZ ARCHITECTURAL CONSULTANTS, NASHIK, INDIA As Project Architect, he was in charge of various projects including Residences, Apartments, Interiors etc. as listed below. 04/1998 04/1999 Bungalow at Nashik for Mr. Jagotta Large bungalow of 400 sq.m. including a small office for an Industrialist in Nashik. His responsibilities included site measurements to design, detailed drawings, checking structural engineers drawings, site co-ordination and municipal drawings. Project Cost 50 lacs 01/1998 04/1999 Rsidential Apartments for a Thakkers Developers, Nashik Very large, low-rise apartment aimed at high-end clients in Nashik, measuring 2500 sq. mts. for Thakkar Builders. His responsibilities included site co-ordination, interaction with client & municipal proposal. Project Cost 2 Crores 01/2000 12/2000 Interiors for Textport Ltd., Andheri, Mumbai Interior design for a large textile exporter at Andheri. He was responsible for measured drawings & concepts. 12/1998 06/1999 Lab Design Prototype Manual for a chain of photo labs of Konica Project included developing prototypes for Konika Express Labs. His responsibilities included design, concept drawings, graphics and measured drawings.
