Cadastral surveys Cadastral survey deals with measurements of land, subdivisions and common leasehold tittles. This kind of survey can only be carried out by a Licensed Land Surveyor, registered pursuant to the Land Survey Act Cap188 of the laws of Zambia. Our licensed surveyors can offer a broad range of expertise in such matters as title searches, land acquisitions, property title interpretation, assist you to determine and define land ownership and boundaries.
