John Young CCIM Paramount Real Estate Commercial Real Estate Solutions John Young began his career as an accountant and on the staff of a community development corporation where he leased and managed commercial property and made small business loans for working capital and real estate projects. John joined the Saint Paul Port Authority where he provided clients with real estate services such as buy vs. lease decisions, site searches, lease and sale negotiations, and strategic real estate planning for industrial companies. He led the redevelopment of three industrial business parks totaling over 75 acres and approximately $50 million in project costs.
