INVITATION Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, CEIOPS is pleased to invite you to its 6 th Annual Conference that will take place on 17 November 2010 in Frankfurt am Main (Germany). This year, the CEIOPS Conference is again remarkably timed. The financial crisis has certainly emphasized the importance of having a robust EU financial supervisory framework. The development of the Solvency II Project with its last and Fifth Quantitative Impact Study (QIS5) and the transition of the Level 3 Committees to the new European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) will focus CEIOPS attention, together with an important European Commission Green Paper expected on Occupational Pensions. Once again CEIOPS has brought together key speakers on all of these major topics in its Annual Conference. We are very pleased to offer them our platform in this year s programme and to welcome you to this unique occasion.
