ANDREA ABRAMS is a 22-year real estate veteran focusing on strategic acquisitions, development and merchandising strategies for retail and mixed-use projects around the Globe. She currently serves as Principal of International and Head of the US Office for London-based Time Retail Partners (TRP). Prior to TRP, Andrea spent a large part of her career in senior positions with US retail REIT General Growth Properties (NYSE: GGP), and has held additional positions with Valencia Hotel Group and UK agency Lunson Mitchenall. While at GGP, Andrea held various roles in Development and Asset Management, and helped launch GGP s international initiative as Vice President of GGP International Ventures between 2002 and 2005, with transactions in Brazil, Turkey and Central America. In 2005, after GGP s acquisition of Rouse Companies, Andrea became Vice-President of Mixed-use & Master Planned Communities. Andrea has advised multiple European retailers seeking to expand to the US and Latin America. SHARON ADDISON is a managing partner of the Toronto law firm of McLean & Kerr LLP and practices in the firm's commercial litigation group. STEVEN CHAIMBERG Steven Chaimberg is a Partner in the Montreal office of Miller Thomson specializing in real estate.
