REALTOR -- a professional in real estate who subscribes to a strict Code of Ethics as a member of the local, state, and National Association of REALTORS. The Realtor Code of Ethics training course is a mandatory course requirement to be fulfilled every four years. The current four year requirement ends December 31, 2008. Failure to fulfill the Code of Ethics training requirement will result in termination from the Realtor Association membership.
