BACKGROUND: In 2005 and 2006, Adams County received over 60 warranty deeds conveying property to the County for the Dupont - 2005 Streets and Storm Sewer Improvement Project from E. 12nd Avenue to E. 80 th Avenue. As a procedural matter, the attached resolution will allow the County to accept the right-of-way dedications.
