DAY ONE Wednesday, February 22 nd - Day 1 Getting Money for Deals Workshop During this first day you ll be shown some amazing never-before-revealed strategies on getting the cash you need for your deals. Several categories of techniques will be revealed from using business credit through raising funds from private investors. This will be a VERY INTENSE workshop where, by the end, you ll have a solid actionable plan to use step-by-step to gain access to ALL of the capital you ll ever need for any type of investment and/or business opportunity in the future. 7:30 AM 9 AM: EVENT REGISTRATION 9 AM - DAY 1 BEGINS Monica will begin this first day with a short list of methods in which one can raise money for both real estate and business deals of any size, shape, and form. With only a handful of powerful options in which to raise money, Monica will begin to describe the easiest of methods in which to gain access to cash for your deals which is quickly and effectively building business credit using the newest cutting-edge strategies. 10:15 AM 10:30 AM BREAK 10:30 AM - EVENT RESUMES After understanding business credit for gaining access to unsecured credit, Monica will go into more advanced strategies for getting funds using a specific tested-and-proven technique for finding investor partners that never fails. This usually encompasses flipping but you ll also be show the profitable benefits of both building and extensive rehabbing of properties, both residential as well as multifamily. 9 AM - DAY 2 BEGINS Monica will start off the day talking about the developments in the real estate market here in 2017 and what to expect between now and approximately 2020. This is a critical time in the market because we re between a market peak and a market free-fall, diving squarely into a recession.
