Tern Bay Developer s Agreement A Development Agreement pursuant to Subsection 163.3221 Florida Statutes between Charlotte County and Tern Bay Development Co., LLC. The Developer s obligations include the payment of road impact fees and the design and construction of two (2) new lanes of roadway within 60 feet of land that will be dedicated to the County by Developer and become a part of a four-lane divided right-of-way within Burnt Store Road.
