The property is in Horn Rapids Industrial Park, which is just northwest of Richland, Washington. Robertson Road is located on the Outer Edge and is adjacent to Hanford Site Project and Pacific Northwest National Laboratories (PNNL). It is one of the closest Engineering and Fabrication facilities to the Hanford Site. The property is conveniently accessed by Highway 240, a primary east-west roadway that intersects Highway 182 three miles south of the property. This is a geographically strategic location due to its proximity to the Hanford Site and PNNL. Several years ago, the Hanford Site s purpose was to produce Plutonium in support of WWII and the Cold War. In recent years, the focus has been on the cleanup of the site with new facilities to encapsulate and permanently dispose nuclear and toxic waste.
