Question: Can you please let me know what the correct Room number is for delivery of the proposals? Answer: D232 2. Question: Page 3, Section 4 Please provide Bookstore sales by store and by category (i.e. new text, used text, rentals, digital, food, clothing, supplies, gifts, etc.) for the period ending June 30, 2016. Answer: See Exhibit A 3. Question: Page 8, Section 1.2.7 Who owns the current bookstore fixtures? Is there any unamortized amount that would be owed by a new vendor, and if so, what is that amount? Answer: All Bookstore fixtures are owned by the College. There is no unamortized amount owed. 4. Question: Page 38, Form #3 What is the current Bookstore guaranteed annual and percentage commissions paid to the District? Answer: The annual guarantee is $1,250,000 or the applicable percentage of net sales of the Bookstore, whichever is greater. Percentage of Net Sales is 12.1% of Net Sales up to and including $12,000,000 per Agreement year, plus; 13.1% of Net Sales greater than $12,000,000 per Agreement year. 5.
