Warwick Township ZA-5-16-13785 This amendment relates to the preservation of the Hopewell Big Woods, definitions, French Creek Scenic River Corridor Standards, other natural preservation regulations, PNDI sites, landscaping, lighting, ridgeline protection district, timber harvesting and forest regeneration plans, invasive species, stormwater management, vegetated riparian buffers, etc. West Bradford Township 6/16/2016 ZA-6-16-13992 This amendment removes a reference to the "conventional residential design option", which required (among other things) reducing the density of the net tract by multiplying it by 0.4. Instead, development will be at one acre net density. West Chester Borough ZA-5-16-13836 The Borough proposes to update the Transportation Impact Study requirements in the Borough SLDO and Zoning Ordinance. West Vincent Township 6/7/2016 ZA-5-16-13912 Bed and Breakfast uses revised to be a by right use in residential districts, revise recreation definitions and provisions. Various other amendments. 6/21/2016 ZA-5-16-13896 The Township proposes the addition of Section 170-1516.D Standards for Residential Chicken Keeping. A purpose statement, general standards, permit requirements, and standards for denial, suspension or revocation of permit are provided. Definitions related to residential chicken keeping are proposed to be added to Section 170-201, and the Township's Fences and Walls, and Uses Accessory to Residential use standards are also proposed to be amended pertaining to residential chicken keeping.
