The Minimum Bid that MnDOT will accept is $1,300,000.00. Sealed bids must be received in Metro District Right of Way Office; 1500 W. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS This property is a great development opportunity with optimal visibility! It is located in the northeast quadrant of Noble Parkway and Highway 610 and access is allowed from 95 th Avenue north. This property had previously been utilized as a park and ride facility by Metro Transit, but is no longer required as a larger facility was constructed about 1/10 mile west of the subject. This property is being sold AS IS with the existing improvements. All interested bidders are encouraged to contact city and county officials for planning, zoning, and development limitations. No access shall be permitted to TH 610 and to Noble Avenue from this parcel.
