The students must know how to apply their knowledge to the work or vocation in a professional way and possess the competences that are used to be demonstrated by the elaboration and defense of arguments and the resolution of problems inside their own field of study. The students must have the capacity to gather and interpret relevan data (normally inside the field of study) to emet judgements that include a reflexion into relevant social, cientific or ethic contents. Specific: CE21EGG. Knowledge about: mangement of land registry: physic aspects, legal; land registry; valuations and valorations Generical: CG2EGG. Analize, register and organize the knowledge of the surroundings and the distribution of the property and use this information to the approach and administration of the ground. CG4EGG. Capacity to take decisions, leadership, management of human ressources and direction of interdisciplinary teams related with the special information. CG12EGG. Plannification, project, direction, execution and mangement of processes and products of application in the register, ordination of territory and valoration inside the geomatic field. CG6EGG. Reunite and interpret information of the ground and all of this geographic and economically related with the ground. Transversal: CT2. SUSTAINABILITY AND SOCIAL COMMITMENT: Being aware of and understanding the complexity of the economic and social phenomena typical of a welfare society, and being able to relate social welfare to globalisation and sustainability and to use technique, technology, economics and sustainability in a balanced and compatible manner. Teaching methodology The subject will be developed weekly by giving expositive classes and the intervention of the students with guided activities of short duration in class. Learning objectives of the subject Give to the student the knowledge related to the data structure of the Land Registry and the corresponding processes of land registry management. Apply the acquired concepts in the land registry environment to solve realistic problems, taking decisions and think about it in an autonomous and critic way.
