WHEREAS the Municipal Council may, pursuant to Section 536 of the "Municipal Act", being Chapter 290, R.S.B.C. 1979, sell any property not required for Municipal purposes; AND WHEREAS the land described in Section One (1) is owned by The Corporation of the District of Surrey and is no longer required for the purposes of the Corporation; AND WHEREAS the required advertising under Section 538 of the "Municipal Act" has been completed; AND WHEREAS the persons hereinafter named have offered to purchase the land described for the price hereinafter named, and it is deemed to be advisable to accept the said offer; NOW, THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the District of Surrey, in open meeting assembled, ENACTS AS FOLLOWS: l.
