All members get Core Services; You choose Fee-Based ones. When REALTORS pay dues, CORE SERVICES are what they expect to receive from HRRA, VAR, NAR and RPR. These programs, products, and services are common goods. Every member needs them and benefits equally from them, but must use them to see the benefits. FEE-BASED SERVICES include programs, products, and services that HRRA offers over and above Core Services. Members only pay for what they choose to use. The selection is a la carte. Members do not have to pay for unwanted services in higher membership dues.

Government Affairs Committee We DO make a difference in local politics and legislation. We work on Federal, State, and Local support for REALTOR issues. We succeed through grassroots (You!) lobbying and advocacy. Meets the first Thursday of each month at noon; Lunch is provided!
Vote for HRRPAC: Hampton Roads REALTORS Political Action Committee We support candidates who support REALTORS and the issues important to the real estate industry. All decisions are made by REALTORS (that s YOU). Funds provide support at the National, State, and Local levels. $35/year is your Fair Share donation.
The Network, HRRA s YPN chapter, helps real estate professionals by giving them the networking and educational tools they need to be successful. We also aim to encourage and cultivate the next generation of HRRA s leaders. (Could our next Chairman be sitting in this room?) Just like being a REALTOR, the Network has no age restrictions!
This annual awards program recognizes REALTORS who achieve outstanding sales production. Applications are due in January. You can nominate someone else, as well as yourself. The Celebration Event is held in March.
