294 EC2016-486 PROPERTY NO. 256271, LOT 61, KINGS COUNTY SUBDIVISION RESTRICTION AMENDMENT Pursuant to subsection 9(2) of the Prince Edward Island Lands Protection Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. L-5, Council amended the condition prohibiting subdivision in respect of approximately twenty-eight decimal seven two (28.72) acres of land, being Provincial Property No. 256271 located at Sturgeon, Lot 61, Kings County, Prince Edward Island and currently owned by Saint Paul Roman Catholic Parish (Sturgeon) Inc. of Sturgeon, Prince Edward Island. Council noted that this amendment will enable subdivision of a parcel of land of approximately three (3) acres. Further, Council determined that following subdivision, the condition preventing subdivision shall continue to apply to the remaining land. This Order-in-Council comes into force on July 20, 2016.
