SERVICE AREAS Service areas and back of house for the premises are extensive and include ladies & gents toilets, beer cellar, staff area and managers office. There is also storage space and stores throughout the property which allow for neat and effective storage for stock etc. EXTERIOR To the front of the business a full decking area, garden flat area with outside smoking solution. OPENING HOURS The business is open 6 days a week (closed on Monday) although the business has a 7 day a week licence and opening with licencing hours 5.00pm to 3.00am seven days per week. The business also carries regular extensions during the festival. THE OPPORTUNITY The availability of Infinity Nightclub on Picardy Place represents an ideal opportunity for prospective purchasers to acquire a substantial licensed venue in an already established popular licensed circuit in Edinburgh city centre.
