The LOI confirmed that only State Open Waters (SOWs) were present on-site (Stony Brook) and no wetlands were identified. A copy of the existing LOI with the NDEP approved map is provided in Attachment 3. PSI performed recent reconnaissance on-site and has determined that there has not been any substantive changes in site conditions.
