Each Mass minister is responsible to find a replacement if unable to serve at the scheduled time. If you need a member list, please contact the office at 376-5087. Please remember to let the EMOHC know of any special needs before mass starts. If there is a D next to your name, you are serving food in the social hall after Mass. After every mass all money bags must be placed in the safe. Please do not turn off lights between the morning masses. We have only 2 ministers for 5pm Mass. We would appreciate help with this Mass. The bulletins need to be put out after Communion. After Mass, remember to pick up all bulletins in the pews and straighten the missalettes. The OLV Auction Winner s Banner (the 2 white signs) needs to be placed on the winner s row after the 5:00 pm Mass and after the 9:00 am Mass. Please check with the office if you are not sure of the winner s row. s If your name is listed first, you will do the 1 st Reading. If your name is listed second, you will do the 2 nd Reading and the General Intercessions. When a Deacon is present, he will do the General Intercessions. The 2 nd reader moves the lectionary into the shelf. EMOHC Give Holy Communion to those with special needs last. Rinse out the Corporal and the Purificator completely in the Sacrarium, ring them out gently, and then hang on the basket to dry after every mass. Do not distribute communion in the social hall at any time. Please ensure that you are modestly dressed and that you act professionally while serving our Lord. Limit the noise and visiting in the Atrium before Mass. Thank you for your service!
