Linden Municipal Development Initiatives 2017 Linden means redevelopment. Currently Linden is engaged in several progressive and exciting redevelopment initiatives which will help move our city forward economically and culturally. The City of Linden is currently engaged in an aggressive campaign of redevelopment initiatives which will be transforming numerous underperforming and under-utilized properties into vibrant, attractive residential and retail opportunities. Linden is moving forward!

Linden Municipal Development Initiatives 2017 1 Meridia Capodagli - Meridia Meridia Capodagli Property will be moving forward on Life Styles 2, located on Wood Ave, between Linden Ave and Morris Ave. This will transform Wood Avenue, having 176 1 & 2 units with retail below.
