THE PROJECT LUZ SORIANO PALACE Welcome to Luz Soriano Palace. Through the atelier ARCHITECTURE TOTE SER, in partnership with a group of investors, was born in one of the streets of Lisbon a new development that promises to become a symbol of the city. In other times, Luz Soriano Palace was an aristocratic residence and, later on, the home of the historic newspaper Diário de Lisboa, the communication of the city during decades (1921-1990). Today, completely renovated, rises the Luz Soriano Palace, with four floors and a penthouse. We gave back to Lisbon the classic design with historical identity and residential memories, a modern and exclusive project, signed by architects. As soon as you enter your apartment, feel the living in an atmosphere that results from the care with every detail, comfort, well-being, functionality and aesthetic of an exclusive project. We wanted to provide a superior experience in your city: Lisbon. Luz Soriano Palace rises above the blue expanse of the Tagus river, the city s historical area, the castle and the picturesque streets of Chiado/ Bairro Alto, in a landscape that fills the view with city, castle and river. Start every day with the golden light of Lisbon and the night with a sunset under the city, since you can count on a privileged sun exposure. The Luz Soriano Palace isn t just an ideal house in Lisbon, it s also a top investment that will guarantee the highest profitability and value over time. An unique opportunity to live in a unique place.
