Our conditions for granting consent to let the Property are set out in the Schedule below. These conditions apply to all current and future tenancy agreements. We will not consent to any letting arrangement unless you confirm that all of our conditions will be met. To be clear, this letter only sets out our letting conditions. If you wish to apply for our consent, please complete and sign the enclosed form before returning it to us. If your mortgage was taken out under the Government s Help to Buy: mortgage guarantee scheme, please note that we are able to consent, in exceptional circumstances, to you letting out your property. On receipt of your application we will be able to consider whether your circumstances constitute circumstances which allow us under the scheme to consent. If there are currently any arrears on your account please contact our colleagues on 0800 161 5994 to discuss your request to let. You may need to clear any outstanding arrears on the mortgage before we will provide our consent to let. You must notify your Buildings Insurance Company that the property is to be let, and must maintain adequate buildings insurance cover at all times, as per the terms of your mortgage. Please note that a one-off Administration fee of 100.00 is payable as part of any application. The Administration fee can be paid by card (please call the above telephone number to make payment) or by cheque (made payable to National Westminster Bank Plc). All changes of correspondence address must be in writing to us, signed by all parties to the mortgage. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have the correct correspondence address for you to prevent any mail related to your mortgage going to an incorrect address. If you enter into a letting arrangement without our consent or, once our consent has been obtained, you fail to comply with our letting conditions at any time, you will be in breach of the terms of your mortgage and we may take any enforcement action which is provided for under those terms. YOUR HOME OR PROPERTY MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE. Yours sincerely Nigel Davey Head of Mortgage Operations
