Residence ALbARè-SOLARIA The apartment s building Albarè, also called ALbARè-SOLARIA to identify all the services offered by the complex, is no doubt the widest and best equipped residential complex of the area; it also gives its name to the gondola Albarè/Copai, connecting the residence to the main cable car of Marilleva 100. The complex also includes Hotel Solaria which offers to our customers some services upon payment such as swimming pool, sauna (single or weekly entry ticket fee to be paid on the spot to the hotel reception), a Shopping Center with various stores: supermarkets, sporting shops, souvenirs, tobacco, newspapers, laundromat and dryer service, game room and free Wi-Fi s room (to avoid unpleasant misunderstandings you are advised to check in advance the dates of opening/closing service). A private car park and ski box is provided for each apartment. The apartments of private owners that we manage are located in some sectors of the residence (numbered from 1 to 7). The apartments are divided in two categories, Standard or Superior, according to their structural features and to their furnishings: the Standard typology haven t been renewed yet, keeping their the original structure, furnishings and interior separating walls made of furniture and/or sliding doors; the Superior ones have been renovated or modernized by the owners, with new furnishings and interior partitions of the areas made of brickwork and folding doors. Residence ARTUIK RESIDENCE ARTUIK has a very simple structure: it is a residential complex structurally and made up of apartments of small size with typical wood furnishings. It is located on the edge of the forest and next to the departure of the ski lift Biancaneve. The area offers all the main facilities of a town just a few meters away from the residence: ski and snowboard school, equipment rentals, the children playground Marillandia, many shops including bar/tobacco, supermarket, sportswear and much more. Parking places and ski storage are property of each apartment.. Residence KRISTALL, PRADALAGO, AMbA, LAGOROTONDO, GARDEN In Marilleva 900 area we manage apartments belonging to private owners: they are all set in small complexes built with an extensive use of windows, conveying the feeling of being immersed in the beautiful outside landscape. Below you can read a brief description of each residence. RESIDENCE KRISTALL is the first one on the left side of the street you reach entering Marilleva 900; it has a large private parking. Moving a little forward you can come across RESIDENCE PRADALAGO which has a strategic location to reach the main restaurants, pizzerias and shops of the area. Both residences are located just a few meters away from the seats gondola Contre/Copai, connecting Marilleva 900 to Marilleva 100 in only minutes. villa CAROLA villa CAROLA, whose name is a tribute to the name of its original owner, is a building recently renovated overlooking the main road that runs through Val di Sole. Its central and sunny position in the town of Mezzana is an excellent compromise for those who like to reach easily the gondola in Marilleva 900 (that is directly linked to Marilleva 100 ski slopes) thanks to the bus stop a few steps from home, but want also to have the convenience of being just a few meters from the town center s shops and facilities. In the neighborhood there are: bars, a bakery, restaurants, pizzerias, pubs,laundromat, dryer service and Palazzetto dello Sport (sports hall) that provides indoor climbing, soccer fields/tennis/volleyball courts (we remind to check opening periods direcltly with structures interested), cross country ski trail and an outdoor ice skating rink. A large free parking available for guests in front of the house and ski storage, according to the private property. House ROSANI It is a small building in the center of Mestriago made up of some apartments, partly inhabited by residents and partly converted to tourist rentals. Being in centre of the town, HOUSE ROSANI is served by all the facilities just a few steps from home: a bar and a pastry shop, a tourist office, a supermarket with a large car park area where you can park for free and it s just 200 meters far from Daolasa station and its seats lift gondola, necessary to reach the ski slopes of the Ski area Folgarida- Marilleva-Campiglio. Free parking space in the large parking lot in front of the house and private indoor ski storage. The comfortable apartments have a traditional structure: the ones managed by our agency are on the first and second floor of the building. MISTICA s apartments MISTICA S APARTMENTS are located in Pizzano, a small hamlet near Vermiglio: these apartments are in a small, traditional, private building just 10 kilometres far from the ski slopes of Passo Tonale and a few hundred meters far from the cross country ski slopes in Vermiglio, offering a large variety of differents tracks satisfying both beginners and more experienced. Here you can enjoy a real paradise for ski lovers, being just a short walk from the town center where you can find any kind of shop and facility. For children of all ages we suggest La Bruscadéla! It is a snow park where you will enjoy a tubing track, an air board and a small track for sledges and bob!!
