Finca Abogat is located just outside the peaceful village of Barxeta, where you will find a small selection of shops, restaurants and exceptionally friendly and hospitable locals. In nearby Xativa, the former capital of the province of Valencia and only 9 kilometres away, you can find all the amenities a city of this stature offers. Originally this was a charming Spanish orange farm, but the proud owners have meticulously refurbished their delightful property into a very welcoming and comfortable holiday home. The exteriors are expansive, colourful and appealing for people of all ages, offering spectacular views, a lovely private swimming pool and acres of space for children to run around and play. It takes about 1 hour to drive into Valencia where you will find a pleasingly cosmopolitan atmosphere, with large promenades, wonderful shopping and a wide array of restaurants and traditional tapas bars.
