Other plans, including Grading & Drainage, Servicing and Lighting plans, as required by the Municipality. 6. Development subject to review and approval by external agencies, including the Regional Municipality of Niagara and the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority (NPCA will yield additional circulation fees in accordance with the Agency s current schedule of rates and fees. 6. Signs must be shown on all Site Plans and Landscape Plans. Actual approval of sign permits requires sign details and will be approved at the Building Permit Stage.
