This part will be completely reconstructed and a new floor will be added. The result: 11 brand new and comfortable apartments! Since the construction has not started yet, we are happy to involve the new owners in the design of their new properties. One or four bedrooms, an extra bathroom, or a bigger living room? We believe in a personal approach, which will enable us to adapt to your wishes and make you a happy owner. We feel that Drei Türme offers the best location of Tschagguns: a little above the village (beautiful views), but not too far from the village (center in walking distance), with an orientation towards the meadows (unobstructed view, no traffic in front of your balcony). Buyers are free to design the apartment according to their own wishes (until the start of construction). All apartments come with a luxurious bathroom, a branded kitchen and a floor of your choice. Facilities for (wireless) internet, radio and television will be provided. Each property has an outdoor area (garden, balcony, and/or terrace), providing splendid views on the surrounding mountains and valley of Montafon. A complementary storage room is provided in the basement. Here you also find the parking garage with an allocated parking place for each apartment (not included in the price). An elevator connects the basement to the other floors.

Where and how? The residence Appartement Drei Türme can be reached easily by plane, train and car. The airports of Zurich, Memmingen (Munich west), Friedrichshafen and Innsbruck are approximately 1,5 hours drive away, offering daily flights to e.g. London and other cities in Europe. A rental car or a train would bring you from any of these airports to Tschagguns, which features its own railway station. Montafon is located centrally within Europe. Many interesting cities can be visited as a day trip. The map shows the distances from Montafon to some of the major cities in the surrounding countries.
