The rainy season is from January to April but the temperatures are still warm. NovaVita NovaVita is located in the heart of beautiful Urdesa Central which is one of the most desirable business districts in Guayaquil. Exit doors are located on both sides of the room, which go into the nurse s station, doctor s offices, diagnostic laboratory, as well as the dining room. Currently, this room is used as the guest/patient lounge, but could easily be converted into a bedroom or office if desired. The attached bathroom includes toilet, bidet, shower, separate bathtub and two sinks.
Nurses / Service Area The nurses station is next to the lounge and would also function well as a service/ kitchen area and has many cupboards, drawers, and a closet. From here you walk directly into another corridor, with two therapy/office rooms, another bathroom with toilet and sink, and a security door at the other end, which opens to the patio and pool area.

The third room has a sink with a large enclosed storage area with shelving and drawers that go from the floor to the ceiling. A fourth room has no window but can be used as a storage area or x-ray room. A fifth room has a beautiful view of the pool area.
The Rear Entrance Area There is a second entrance from a different road paralleling the side of the building. Big double doors enter into a spacious reception area, which could also be used for an office. There is also a separate bathroom with sink and toilet. Conference Room / Office Area Next to the reception area there are two small offices with private entrances that look out onto the swimming pool.
Conference Room View of Pool This large, spacious room with glass walls was recently built in the middle of the NovaVita complex. Next to the juice bar, over looking the pool, this room could be used for many functions such as a reception, dining and /or conference room, and perhaps even a restaurant. The seating capacity is around 50 100 people depending on the room arrangement.
Area is currently used as a spinning / exercise room.
Rooms Attached to Conference Room There are three rooms that are attached to the conference room, each with a sink, and are currently used for therapies. One room looks out onto the patio and pool.
Therapy / Spa Area There are 7 more rooms used for therapies beside the glass conference room. 1 Room has one sink and toilet 4 Rooms have sinks 2 Therapy rooms, no sink 2 Separate complete bathrooms 3 Storage areas: one houses the large central air conditioning unit for that side for the building. There is a large changing room with two showers, one full-length counter with 2 sinks and 2 banks of lockers. There is one large therapy room with shower, currently as a sauna room.
Dining / Reception Room This is an elegant, spacious dining/reception room with marble flooring and beautiful ceiling fixtures with recessed ceiling lighting. Looking out to the pool while dining, is very peaceful and relaxing, and makes for good digestion. This area may also be used for a meeting/conference room.
