Pere Marquette Senior Estates is intended for all levels of income. If your income exceeds $18,500 per year, you would fall into the market rent category. Market rent individuals must fill out the application and sign the Waiver of Disclosure form. Current market rent is $472.00 per month for a single bedroom apartment and $528.00 per month for a two-bedroom apartment. Applicant s whose income is less than $18,500 per year may qualify for a reduced rent. Rent would be based on 29% of your annual income. If you feel you might qualify for reduced rent, please be sure to fill out the application and the income/asset information on the application. If you have any questions concerning the information requested, or if you need assistance filling out the forms, please feel free to contact COLEMAN CITY HALL at 989-465-6961. Our office is open from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. When your application is complete, you may return it to city hall in person. You may also mail it to Coleman City Hall, 201 E.
