Thank you for following up on this file. I can confirm that we would not like to withdraw the application. I spoke with Letizia yesterday, she was asking for an update as well. She received a note that you were scheduling this to the July 9 th Committee Hearing? I can confirm that we have submitted a Site Plan Application for this file and that Diana DiGirolamo has been assigned this file. We received confirmation that circulation has occurred and that comments are due back July 2 nd. We would prefer that the application be scheduled to the August 13 th Hearing date as this would provide enough time for Planning to review any major concerns raised through circulation. Regarding the comments from Building, I have discussed this file with both Francesco Morea and Susan Okom of the Building Department. I can provide the following information in response to staff comments : The proposed minimum unit is 2.3 square metres (25 square feet); The proposed dimension of the minimum unit size is 1.52 x 1.52 m (5 x 5 ft); We are aware that additional variances may be required upon Site Plan review. Regarding B 011/15 a Certificate of Official was issued in April (see attached). Regarding Accessible Parking Spaces this was discussed with Frank at the Building Department counter in May. No variances to O. Reg. 413/12. Staff have confirmed that O.Reg 413/12 is based on the overall required parking spaces. Therefore, should the requested reduction in required parking be permitted, this would allow for conformity to O. Reg. 413/12. Regarding the Property Address: Please see the attached letter confirming the status of the municipal address. Confirming, the address is 411 Cityview Blvd. Regarding Floor Area: the new Site Plan (as submitted) shows a Ground Floor Area of 4548.41 sq.m and a Gross Floor Area of 13,411.09 sq.m. (see attached). Page 3 of the application has been revised to reflect the most recent plan (see attached). Regarding Minimum Parking Spaces: the Site Plan Application submission included a Parking Generation Analysis that supported a reduction in required parking to thirteen (13) spaces. Currently shown on the updated Site Plan are 50 spaces (including 2 barrier free). Regarding Minimum Aisle Width: please see the attached Site Plan that shows a 6.0 m aisle width. Regarding Loading Areas: Staff have confirmed that the Plan (as shown) currently meets the Loading Area requirements of By law 1 88 as amended. Lenore, please advise if you require hard copies of anything attached to this email. I will deliver as soon as possible.
