This opportunity consists of a 104,138 square foot two-tenant power center built in 2000 and renovated to tenant specific needs in 2004. Gordmans moved into their space in March of 2004, signing a ten year lease which has been extended now runs through June of 2020. REPRESENTATIVE PHOTO COMPANY OFFERING INFORMATION SUMMARY Born in 1915 out of a small retail store at the corner of 16th and Chicago in Omaha, Nebraska, Gordmans is proud to celebrate more than 100 years in business. Fashion trends may come and go, but Gordmans has thrived knowing that low-cost, highquality apparel and décor are always on-trend. The company was started by Sam Richman, a Russian immigrant, who opened a small clothing store in Omaha.
