RESERVATION CONTRACT AND TERMS OF PAYMENT If you are interested in an apartment, you should register your interest as soon as possible. You can do this at classiclivingcl.com The reservation fee is EUR 6,000 plus 30% of the purchase price and is payable, less the reservation fee, when you sign the contract. These amounts are frozen in the bank s client funds account. Alternatively, you can provide a bank guarantee. The remainder of the purchase price, 70% is payable after the final inspection of the apartment and when a notary has registered the property in your name as the new owner. 11
