Parker is well versed in all facets of the real estate services industry. Mr. Parker has handled several million square feet of retail lease negotiations and has completed multiple major renovations and repositioning of shopping centers. Mr. Parker's projects have won several International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) awards for renovation and expansion of existing shopping centers. As President and Founder of Parker Commercial, Mr. Parker directs the growth of the and spearheads new strategic initiatives. David Morgan Executive Vice President David A. Morgan is a 23-year veteran of commercial real estate leasing. Specializing in retail shopping center leasing, Mr. Morgan has been responsible for leasing anchored and unanchored shopping centers located throughout Southern California. Mr. Morgan also has extensive experience in retail tenant representation which allows him to view the negotiation process from both sides of the transaction. Prior to joining Parker Commercial, Mr. Morgan operated his own from the University of Southern California and is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He holds Council of Shopping Centers. John Moss Executive Vice President John Moss is a seasoned real estate veteran, whose brokerage business encompasses land brokerage, investment sales and retail representation. Mr. Moss's strategic planning, market knowledge honed negotiating skills insures that his clients get the maximum value for their transaction. Prior to joining Parker Commercial, John Moss spent eight years as a Senior Broker at Lee & Associates in Irvine specializing in Orange County commercial development. Previously, he spent several years in supervisory capacities with commercial development companies including the Ernest Auerbach Company in Santa Monica and the Dunlap Company in Long Beach, where he had development responsibilities for several large commercial projects. Mr. Moss also held the position of Los Angeles Metro Director of Real Estate for Montgomery Ward's where he supervised the addition of new Ward's stores in enclosed malls across Southern California. Additionally, he has served as an expert witness in real estate legal proceedings and as a consultant to various cities in south Orange County for re-development issues.
