Bedding is as follows: 1 King (Master Bedroom), 2 Full (Bedroom 2), 1 full (Other - Sleeper Sofa). Before departure, it is the guest responsibility to place all debris, including items from fridge/cabinets in the dumpster outside the building, place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. If linens are rented it is the tenant s responsibility to have them removed by 11am of your check out date. If not, they will be thrown away. Tenant understands and agrees that he or she shall be held liable for any discrepancies in regards to house wares. Tenant also understands that he or she shall be held liable for any damages to the dwelling contents as well as the dwelling itself. Any and all inventory discrepancies and/or dwelling damages shall be billed to the Tenant s credit card which was provided at the time Tenant entered into this binding lease agreement. Landlord reserves the right to charge an additional $100.00 fee for removal of excessive trash.
