CHAPTER 7 Foreclosure of Deeds of Trust by the Public Trustee This chapter details public trustee foreclosures from start to finish, including commencing the foreclosure, the public trustee sale, redemption, the foreclosure model, and more. CHAPTER 8 Judicial Foreclosure Actions and Sheriff s Sales Judicial foreclosure actions are discussed in this chapter, including whether judicial foreclosure is advisable, pre-filing considerations, court procedures, and commencing the sheriff s sale.
