Nestled in a little corner of paradise in the Metato hillside, magical Casa di Stefano sits like a pearl in its shell. The owner is a well-known architect and has lovingly created this magnificent Borgo, where he also has his home. Everything has been developed to blend in with the outstandingly natural beauty of the area; lots of green areas, pretty flowerbeds, fruit trees and romantic woodland. Even the pure, fresh, crystalline air around the property seems to revel in this marvellous fusion. It is impossible to forget the drowsy peace of a stay here at Casa di Stefano. Guests are immediately welcomed by the owner, who is delighted to dedicated himself entirely to their comfort and wellbeing and to making them feel completely at home. The coastline is only a couple of kilometres away and Pietrasanta is a gorgeous medieval town packed with art galleries, restaurants and little coffee shops for people-watching in the fabulous Piazza Duomo. Nearby Forte dei Marmi is a shopper's dream with its avant-garde boutiques. The Property. Casa di Stefano extends over three floors plus and independent annex with a double bedroom. Guests have exclusive use of the top three floors whereas the ground floor is given over to the maid and the laundry room. The main entrance is on the third floor, the same floor as the garden terrace, which is, again, for the exclusive use of the guests. The whole house is equipped with speakers for music which extends out onto the garden terraces and the swimming pool. Second floor: Main entrance with coat closet. Large sitting room with two enormous panoramic windows plus electric curtains, signed paintings on the wall, sculptures, fireplace, five armchairs and a sofa, 3D TV with CD player and USB port. Through the french window you have access to a private terrace that gives access on the garden. Outside: there is a large, paved terrace with a round dining table, six armchairs and little sitting area with comfortable chairs and chaise longues.
