MAZDA End-of-Lease Options Thank you for leasing with us.

Thank You for Leasing Your Vehicle with Mazda Capital Services As you near the end of your lease, it s time to start thinking about your options. Whether you choose to select a new Mazda, purchase your current vehicle or simply turn in your Mazda, you will find everything you need to know in this brochure, including Pre-Inspection and Vehicle Turn-in details. We will do our best to make the lease end process smooth and simple. If you have any questions, please call us at 877-506-1198. End-of-Lease Options As your lease ends, you have three options: Option 1: Select a new Mazda Browse through the Mazda inventory at MazdaUSA.com or visit your Mazda Dealer to find your next Mazda. Whether you lease again or buy, Mazda Capital Services has financing options available for you. Option 2: Purchase your Mazda If you d like to stay in the Mazda you re currently driving, just call us at 877-506-1198. We re here Monday through Friday from 9 am to 8 pm Eastern Time, and we ll tell you how you can purchase your leased vehicle. Option 3: Simply turn in your Mazda On the last page you will find a step-by-step guide to help you with the lease turn-in process.

Pre-Inspection Process Our pre-inspection process gives you an estimate of any excess wear and use charges before you return your vehicle. If you would like a complimentary pre-inspection, please call us approximately 45 days prior to your lease-end date to schedule the inspection. You can choose to have the inspector come to your home or office. The inspection process should take about one hour and you will need to be present for it. (NOTE: Pre-inspections are not available for NH and WI residents. NY residents, please call us approximately 37 days prior to your lease-end date to schedule your complimentary pre-inspection.) After the inspection, the inspector will give you a condition report that will detail all wear and use to the vehicle. The inspection report does not list the actual excess wear and use charges. We will mail you an estimate of any items from the condition report for which you will owe excess wear and use charges, based upon your Lease Agreement. (Please see next page.)

Excess Wear and Use Charges If you obtained a pre-inspection, we will mail you an Estimate of Excess Wear and Use Charges two to three weeks after your pre-inspection. This estimate will show any excess wear or use items you will be billed for at lease-end. You will be responsible for the cost of repairs in excess of $1,000, plus any exclusions, such as damage and excess wear to tires, which will remain your responsibility. In addition, you will be billed for excess mileage according to your Lease Agreement. Please see your Lease Agreement for full details. You have the option to make repairs to your vehicle. If you obtained a pre-inspection and decide to make repairs, please contact us at 877-506-1198 prior to turning in your vehicle. We will verify the repairs and apply any appropriate credits to your final End of Term Lease Bill.

Mazda Capital Services Customer Loyalty Program As a current lessee, you may be eligible for Mazda Capital Services Customer Loyalty Program. Through this program, any disposition fee you may owe under your lease will be waived when you return your current Mazda and finance or lease a new Mazda through Mazda Capital Services, within 30 days of turning in your vehicle. Timing restrictions and other conditions apply.1 At Mazda Capital Services, we hope you have enjoyed both your Mazda and your leasing experience. Turning In Your Mazda These instructions will help ensure returning your Mazda is easy and efficient. 1. Prior to your lease-end date: Contact your Mazda Dealer to make arrangements for the return. If you have moved or need additional dealer information, please visit MazdaUSA.com for a dealer near you. 2. On your turn-in day: Make sure your vehicle is ready to turn in. Remove all personal items. Place the owner s manual in the glove box. Turn in both sets of keys to your vehicle. Remove the license plates and return them to your state s Department of Motor Vehicles unless you live in a state listed. 2 3. Within 1 business day after returning your vehicle: We request that you inform us of your turned in lease vehicle by calling us at 877-506-1198, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 8 pm Eastern Time. 4. If you have set up automatic lease payments: Please remember to cancel any recurring payments you may have for your Mazda lease.
