(See note below) Please include in your correspondence to the adjacent property owner(s), that each owner(s) has twenty (20) days upon the receipt of your letter to provide comments to the City of Cape Coral in writing concerning the proposed variance. Failure to provide comments within this 20-day period shall be interpreted by the City as there being no objection to the requested variance. Refer to the City s Land Use and Development Regulations, Section 3.13 for the regulations and procedures that govern cul-de-sac variance requests. One of the requirements is to receive approval from the adjacent property owners. This variance will only affect the front setback.
