All joints in the ductwork are sealed with a mastic and tape to reduce the amount of heated or cooled air that can escape into unconditioned space. Duct leakage testing is performed. Energy testing is performed on HVAC system to measure the amount of conditioned air that escapes into unconditioned space and to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding the state-mandated specifications. Blower door testing is performed. Energy testing is performed on all doors to measure the amount of air infiltration into conditioned space and to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding the state-mandated specifications.
