PYTHAGORE RESIDENCE GRANDE ARCHE Presentation The Pythagore Residence is conveniently located next to the famous Business District of La Défense. The green little square next door provides a nice atmosphere to the area and residents can also enjoy the André Malraux Park nearby. The residence is surrounded with some shops, restaurants and groceries stores and a few of them are open late in the evening. The CONCEPTS OF THE PYTHAGORE RESIDENCE: The fully equipped studios provide a comfortable living accommodation. Pythagore combines the freedom of a residence with the amenities of a hotel by having a staff available to welcome residents upon arrival and by offering facilities such as cafeteria, small gym, laundry mat, intercom phone, video surveillance, etc. The management of Pythagore is focused on quality benefits and meeting the needs of the residents. BUILDING of 11 stories, each STUDIO (17 to 20 m2, with or without balcony) includes: Entrance hall and kitchenette equipped with a cupboard, stove with 2 electric eyes, refrigerator, overhead vent, microwave, dish set. Bathroom equipped with shower, toilet, sink, mirror and accessories. Main room equipped with sofa bed for one person, two bedside tables, one table, one desk, two chairs, shelves, and closet. If you don t have one, you will have to pay 3 rents in advance at your arrival. - Photocopy of passport - Photocopy of 3 latest pay slip - Bank details CONDITIONS FOR LONG TERM LEASE Length of lease: minimum from 4 to 12 months Reservation deposit: 450.00 This amount must be paid in advance in order to confirm a reservation for housing. It will be deduced from the 1st rent. In case of cancellation, the reservation deposit will not be refunded to the tenant if this one doesn t prevent us up to 2 months prior to the Arrival date. Processing fee: 450.00 (Due at the renter s arrival) includes lease agreement, apartment inspection, rental insurance, and Civil Responsibility. Guarantee deposit: equal to one month of rent You can pay with a check (from a French bank) or a bank transfer and then, the deposit will be returned two months maximum after the end of your contract. Also be aware, that the garbage taxes, the water consumption and all possible deteriorations will be taken from the final amount of the deposit. At the time of the apartment inspection upon entry and exit of the apartment you will note the meter number (peak and off-peak hours) and communicate this information the EDF. You must provide the EDF with a RIB (Bank Account Number) for the automatic withdrawal for your payment. The fee to open the line is 1 which allows you to receive incoming calls. Placing outgoing calls: To have exterior access and place outgoing calls you must put have a credit placed on your account. 4) LAUNDRY FACILITY: The laundry facility is located on the -1 floor You can charge your badge (on the door key) to obtain usage of washers and dryers. 20 for 5 sessions using the washer and the dryer is free. 5) GYM: The gym can be located on -1 floor.
