Kazan Cathedral It is dedicated to Our Lady of Kazan, probably the most venerated icon in Russia
Smolny Cathedral The convent's main church, a blue-and-white building, is considered to be one of the architectural masterpieces of the Italian architect Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli
The State Russian Museum The main building of the museum is the Mikhailovsky Palace, a splendid Neoclassical residence of Grand Duke Michael Pavlovich, erected in 1819-25 to a design by Carlo Rossi on Square of Arts in St Petersburg. Upon the death of the Grand Duke the residence was named after his wife as the Palace of the Grand Duchess Elena Pavlovna, and became famous for its many theatrical presentations and balls.

Benua's Business centre The Class A business centre Benua s( Benoit )located at the intersection of Piskarevsky Prospect and Sverdlovskaya Embankment was opened in autumn 2007. The architects of the project are NPS Tchoban Voss (Germany). The facade of the building is made of panoramic glass and decorated with ornaments on the basis of digital printing of the prints of the famous Russian painter Alexander Benoit. The paintings are based on the plays of Dyagilev Seasons. The panoramic windows give the opportunity to let light into rooms. Nighttime lighting of the facade creates a wonderful view. This business center sets the architectural style of all of the Sverdlovskaya Embankment.

Ladozhsky Rail Terminal The newest and most modern passenger railway station in Saint Petersburg, Russia, opened in 2003. It serves routes to the north and east previously served by Moscow Rail Terminal, as well as some lines previously served by Finlyandsky Rail Terminal. The new station, designed by the Russian architect Nikita Yavein in 2001.
Grand Hotel Emerald, Suvorovsky Prospect 18 New hotel in the historical centre of St.Petersburg. The designing of the hotel building "the GrandHotel Emerald" began at the end of 1999 under the guidance of architect E.L.Gerasimov. It was built in 2000.
Clown theatre Litcedei St. Lva Tolstogo, 9 Litcedei is the first and the only clown-mime theatre in Russia, which is engaged in the clownery genre. It was built in 2009. The arcitects are Gaykovich S.V., Okuneva М. V., Olbderogge М. D.
Trading-office complex Regent Hall Vladimirsky Prospect, 21 Regent Hall represents an eight-floor building. The total area of it is 11 700 sq.m. The building was designed in the neoclassical style. The building has a modern glazed facade. The project was developed by the group of architects "LenNiiproekt, led by the Russian architect P. Jushkantsev.
