SW, Cedar Rapids) $90 million redevelopment of the former 900,000 SF Westdale Mall. Anchored by JC Penney and Younkers. Retail strip centers/outparcels include Chick-fil-A, US Bank, Noodles & Company, Chipotle, AT&T, Wingstop, Great Clips and F&M Bank. The Fountains - (5100 Fountains Dr. NE, Cedar Rapids) 19 acre mixed-use development in Hy-Vee grocery anchored center, 200,000 SF of office and 40,500 SF of retail space. Current tenants include Salon Jude, Olives Oil, Pepperjack Grill, State Farm, Tanner's Bar & Grill, Saucy Focaccia, etc. 11,300 SF pending lease for office space. Tenants include Brewhemia, HBK Engineering and a restaurant. Project cost $2 million.

The Metropolitan - (450 1st St. SW, Cedar Rapids) 6-story mixed use building with condos, apartments and 10,000 SF of commercial space on ground level. Project cost $11.2 million. Lofts at Red Cedar - (450 1st St. SW, Cedar Rapids) 6-story building with 1st floor retail/office space and 46 market rate apartments above. Project cost: $9 million. Kingston Lofts: (200 block of Third Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids) 4 story building with retail space on the first floor and a mixture of 23 marketrate apartments and condominiums on the upper floors. Project cost: $4.3 million. Kubias Building: (307-311 Third Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids) first floor commercial space with 18 apartments on the floors above. Project cost: $5 million. NewBo Station - (1028 3rd St. SE, Cedar Rapids) mixed use building that will include 6100 SF retail, 6100 SF office and two floors of loft apartments. Project cost $4 million. The Clock House - (600/616 1st St. SE, Cedar Rapids) renovation of the former Great Furniture Mart into a multi-use facility combining commercial and residential space. Project cost $4.1 million. The Depot - (400 block of 12th Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids) Mixed-use development behind NewBo City Market. 90,000 SF residential, office and retail complex on the 4.8 acre site of the former Iowa Iron Works plant. Project cost: $20 million. Mott Project - (42 Seventh Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids) Redevelopment of the Mott Building into 16 loft apartments on the top two floors and office/commercial space on first floor and in basement. Project cost $5.4 million. Cornerstone Place - (323 3rd St. SE, Cedar Rapids) a former downtown office building conversion to 32 residential units with first floor commercial space. Project cost: $13 million. Former Smulekoff's Building - (97 3rd Ave. SE, Cedar Rapids) Redevelopment and preservation of the historic 100,000 SF, 5 story

OFFICE building into a mix of retail, offices and 32 micro-unit apartments. Project cost: $15 million. CRST-Bankers Trust Tower - (201 1st St. SE, Cedar Rapids) 11 story building that will house CRST International's headquarters and the Cedar Rapids offices of Bankers Trust. Scheduled for completion in late 2016. Project cost: $37 million. Berthel Fisher Financial Center - (4101 River Ridge Dr. NE, Cedar Rapids) 67,000 SF office/retail. Tenants announced include: Berthel Fisher corporate office, WineStyles, Capriotti's & Massage Heights. Project cost $12 million. Station on First - (419/427 1st St. SE, Cedar Rapids) Redevelopment of the former Central Fire Station and Paxton building into office space. Project cost: $3.6 million. United Fire Group - (119 First Avenue SE, Cedar Rapids) - plans to construct a 10-story, 50,000 SF downtown office and renovate the interior of the adjacent American Building (101 Second Street SE). Construction began November 2015 with completion estimated September 2017. GoDaddy - (1 Parsons Dr., Hiawatha) expansion adding 12,000 square feet to their Hiawatha site, bringing the building's total size to almost 75,000 square feet. INDUSTRIAL

Miron Construction - (335 French Ct. SW, Cedar Rapids) Planning a $4 million warehouse and office facility; 12,000 SF office and 6,800 SF warehouse on a 5.27 acre site. Thompson Truck & Trailer - (76th Ave. & 6th St. SW, Cedar Rapids) New facility will have 55,000 SF and will serve as headquarters for operations. Completion is expected winter of 2016. Project cost: $8.3 million. Midwest 3PL - (4600 20th Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids) Planning 160,000 SF expansion of existing warehouse facility. CCB Packaging - (1905 N. Center Point Rd., Hiawatha) Adding 47,000 square feet (bringing the company's manufacturing, warehousing and office space to 250,000 square feet). Hupp Electric - (500 57th St., Marion) Constructing a 110,000 SF facility which is expected to be fully functional by April 2016. Electric Specialty Manufacturing - (6451 Partners Ave., Marion) Constructing a 14,000 SF building located in the Marion Enterprise Center. Legacy Manufacturing - (6281 N. Gateway Dr., Marion) Broke ground on its $10.4 million, 133,000 square-foot building in the Marion Enterprise Center. ElPlast - (795 Enterprise Dr., Marion) Finishing construction of its $6 million, 30,000 square foot North American Headquarters in the Marion Enterprise Center. Freund-Vector - (675 44th St., Marion) $2.16 million expansion project that will add 12,000 square feet to its facility. MidAmerican Aerospace - (2727 16th Avenue SW, Cedar Rapids) - Purchased former KMart to use as headquarters. $5 million project for renovation of the 120,000 SF building. Beaton Holding Company, L.C. - (1710 Stamy Rd., Hiawatha) Purchased a 1.5 acre lot and plans to build a new office and warehouse facility to support local Burger King operations.

Hawkeye Drive, LLC - (1710 Hawkeye Dr., Hiawatha) Purchased 3.16 with plans to construct a 43,000 SF office and warehouse facility on the northwest corner of Tower Terrace Road and Hawkeye Drive. MULTI-FAMILY Village Lofts Condos (200 3 rd Ave. SW, Cedar Rapids) a 25 unit, 4- story building with first floor parking and three floors of market rate condominiums. Project cost $5 million. Kingston Village Apartments - (600 2nd St. SW, Cedar Rapids) a 64- unit, 4-story apartment complex. Project cost is $9.7 million. Cedar Point - (1427 Center Point Rd. NE, Cedar Rapids) a 30 unit apartment project. Project cost is $5.13 million. Creekside - (1415 Center Point Rd. NE, Cedar Rapids) a 30 unit apartment project. Project cost is $5.13 million. Kingston Pointe - (210 5th St. SW, Cedar Rapids) an 18 unit apartment complex in Kingston Village. Project cost is $5.9 million. The Landings - (Along Cedar River next to Ellis Park) a 4-story condominium project with 1st floor of parking and 27 condominiums above. Project cost: $6.2 million. SENIOR HOUSING Arbor at Lindale Trail - (1220 Blairs Ferry Rd., Marion) a 60 unit, age 55 and older housing development.

Blairs Ferry Senior - (830 Blairs Ferry Rd., Marion) a 57 unit, age 55 and older housing development. MEDICAL UnityPoint Clinic Family Medicine and Urgent Care - (2996 7th Ave., Ste. B, Marion) 21,368 SF) Addition of 6,000 SF (taking over Lebeda Mattress Factory space) bringing the clinic to 21,368 SF. UnityPoint Clinic - (2375 Edgewood Rd. SW, Cedar Rapids) Planned separation of family medicine and urgent care clinics. The existing building will become a dedicated urgent care clinic. A new building planned west of Menards on Williams Blvd. SW will house the family medicine clinic. OTHER Blairs Ferry Self Storage - (1286 Blairs Ferry Rd., Marion) A total of 147 storage units are being constructed.
