The inside view on the market We all know the housing market has been in the doldrums, and over the last few years, we ve seen the confidence of buyers, sellers and lenders plummet. Hardly surprising after five or six years in recession. (I don t think any of us expected it to last quite so long.) But there s good news... Throughout the country and certainly here in Gloucester things are looking up. We re not quite back to the boom years yet, but confidence is growing and lenders are lending again. Always a good sign.
