All non-deposited apartments (including booked rooms with no deposits) will be released back to general public. Cancellations made between receiving deposits and thirty (30) days prior to arrival will forfeit deposits. Cancellations made between thirty (30) days prior to arrival are non-refundable. MARKHAM COURT RESORT *** ½ Markham Court offers 2 and 3 Bedroom fully self contained apartments. Most apartments have air conditioning. The kitchens are equipped with microwave, dish washer, stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and all cooking equipment. The resort features outdoor pool and spa area with large barbeque and dining area. All apartments are equipped with washing machine and dryer. Linen, bath towels, soap, tea, coffee and milk starter kits are provided to the apartments. Markham Court apartments offer private balconies with outdoor furniture and views of the gardens.
