Property Description: This land base is located at Burnt Berry approximately 4.0 km. east of the Springdale Junction with the T.C.H. This lot contains 43.7 acres (17.7 Ha.) of which approximately 10.4 acres (4.2 ha.) was developed for agriculture. This area is now regenerating into alders and other hardwood and softwood species. The reminder of the parcel is wooded with minor cutovers. Summary of Suitability: Areas are approximate only, minor discrepancies may exist as a result of rounding and converting values from hectares to acres (total area for each parcel of land indicated has been rounded to the nearest 0.0 acre/hectare).
