Viking Commerce Center Project Description Viking Commerce Center is planned as a mixed-use development with 5,000-15,000 sq. ft. of retail space with frontage on Hamilton Rd. north of Beecher and 2,000-20,000 sq. ft. of office/medical office buildings on the west portion of the site. Office and Medical Condominiums Available to Purchase or Lease Office/medical space for lease at $17.00 NNN with $45.00 per sq. ft.
