The identifying number for each condominium unit consists of the building number followed by the unit number as set forth above on this Exhibit C. The identifying number is a sufficient legal description of the condominium unit for all purposes when set forth together with the name of the Condominium, the name of the jurisdiction in which the Condominium is situated and the deed book and page number where the first page of the Declaration is recorded and the condominium book and page number where the first page of the Plats and Plans is recorded. 2. Size (approximate gross square feet per unit) is given in square feet for each unit and is measured to the interior surface of each wall which is a vertical boundary of the unit. The measurements are approximate and, therefore, the square footages may vary slightly in any individual unit. 3. Common Element nterest per unit has been determined by taking the ratio of the size of each unit (or convertible space) (in square feet as\ determined in the manner prescribed in the Declaration) to the total square footage of all units in the Condominium. The listed square footage for each unit (or convertible space) is based upon dimensions which are approximate and the calculation of Common Element nterest has been rounded. The Common Element nterest shown for each unit (or convertible space) is subject to change in the following circumstances: A. f the Declarant or the Board of Directors at the request of any unit owner changes the Common Element nterest allocated to a unit pursuant to the procedures set forth in sections 55-79.69 or 55-79.70 of the Condominium Act as permitted by the Bylaws of the Condominium. B. f the Declarant exercises its right to add more units (or convertible spaces) to the Condominium either by adding all or any portion of the additional land or by converting all or any portion of the convertible land, each Common Element nterest set forth above will decrease. The Common Element nterest of each unit (or convertible space) will then be determined on the basis of the proportion which the size of each unit (or convertible space) bears to the total size of all units (or convertible spaces).
