Franklin Elementary School AT&T recently approached the District seeking an increase in an already-existing easement located at Franklin Elementary School and for the purpose of placing a utility box on the easement. The requested easement adds approximately 5 ft. by 10 ft. of property to an existing 10 ft. by 10 ft. easement. As depicted in the attached diagram, the requested easement involves a small parcel just to the south of Lakeside St. Staff from Building Services have surveyed the area and have determined that the placement of a utility box in this location will not interfere with the District s use of the area. It is recommended that the Board grant a 10-feet-by-5-feet easement to AT&T at Franklin Elementary School and for the purpose of placing a utility box on the easement as further identified and set forth in the documents prepared for the May 19, 2014, Regular Board meeting.
