The handsome elevations are mainly of stone with brick and render to the rear, under a mostly tiled roof with stone to the lower courses, and feature beautiful stone mullioned windows with leaded lights, a projected oriel bay window to the front, and superb chimney stacks. The property has been extended and improved by the present owners over the last 32 years, including the addition of a useful ground floor family room, guest bedroom with en suite shower room and adjoining conservatory, which could be arranged as an annexe if so desired. The reception hall has a flagstone floor and an impressive Tudor staircase with carved newel posts, the triple aspect drawing room has a magnificent moulded plaster ceiling and a fine stone fireplace with log burner, the dining room has a door to the garden, and opens into the fitted kitchen with larder.
